You possess the ability to lead effectively, ensuring that all aspects of section 47 enquiries and intervention services are executed to meet the needs of families and children. You are also able to provide support during duty weeks and assume management responsibilities when needed.

What the Job Involves

This role involves managing Social Workers in completing section 47 enquiries and providing assessment and intervention services. You will oversee court processes and the public law outline (PLO). Key responsibilities include supervising Social Workers, supporting duty pods, covering management during duty weeks, and stepping in during the team manager's annual leave.
