An experienced professional in child protection and children’s services, capable of ensuring system maintenance and compliance with legislative requirements and departmental guidelines. Proficient in managing resources, conducting audits, and representing the service in multi-agency settings.

What the Job Involves

This role involves maintaining child protection and looked after children management systems, conducting Child Protection Conferences, and managing case reviews. You will audit work, report on service standards, and support service improvement. Additionally, you'll participate in performance management and training program design, working collaboratively with various agencies to enhance child safeguarding efforts.
