Social Worker (Grade 11)

Who You Are

An experienced social worker who is capable of working within a multi-disciplinary team focused on mental health needs. You should be prepared for site-based work with flexibility to meet the demands of the team and the service.

What the job involves

You will work as part of a mental health team to provide high-quality social work practice. This involves safeguarding and promoting the well-being of adults, co-producing and implementing care and treatment plans, acting as a care coordinator, and ensuring compliance with key legislative requirements. You will also perform mental capacity assessments and work with other agencies to adopt a multi-disciplinary approach.
