Who You Are

You are a registered social worker with Social Work England that holds a degree. You have a deep understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other relevant legislation and policies. You are capable of conducting detailed, analytical, and person-centred reviews of supported living, residential, and nursing care placements. You work effectively with adults, families, and partner agencies, and are able to commute across the county.

What the job involves

You will carry out detailed reviews of adults residing in supported living, residential, and nursing care placements. You will need to promptly address any concerns that arise by escalating them via the necessary channels.
