Family Support Worker (Grade H)

Who You Are

You are a dedicated professional committed to working with other agencies, schools, children and families. You're particularly passionate about providing support for our disabled children. Your aim is to help children, young people and families become more resilient, intervening at an early stage to reduce the need for higher level support later on and minimize long-term demands for our services.

What the Job Involves

You will provide services as requested by the Children’s Social Care team. Your work will include coordinating and delivering targeted interventions at all levels of need, including outside office hours, and providing an immediate response where required.
